Lindsay A. Rump obtained her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003 where she was the recipient of the William H. Greaves Scholarship and CALI Award of Excellence for Trial Advocacy. She is admitted to practice before all Kentucky and Ohio State courts, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio; United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky; United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky; and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has significant trial experience, having tried over 20 cases to verdict.
She is well versed in all manner of personal injury and insurance law, having published a number of articles on these topics and having given numerous presentations discussing Bad Faith, Kentucky PIP law and civil litigation.
Lindsay was previously a partner at Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl, L.P.A., and she concentrated her practice on insurance defense litigation, Bad Faith, PIP and insurance coverage issues.
She is married to Steve Rump and they live in Independence, Kentucky with their four sons.
