Our Firm
At Cetrulo Law, the firm holds the view with regard to representing clients in the litigation setting: ‘Bring us your legal problem and we will make it our problem.‘
Cetrulo Law was formed when a former partner was elected as a judge to the Kentucky Court of Appeals. The former firm, Cetrulo, Mowery & Hicks, was formed when the firm Cetrulo & Mowery joined with Larry Hicks, a former founding partner of Sutton Rankin Law. Shortly after, Lindsay Rump joined the firm focusing on insurance centric legal disputes.
Before the merger, Cetrulo & Mowery had been operating in the Northern Kentucky area for 12 years handling mostly insurance litigation matters. Prior to that, Bob Cetrulo had been a partner at Ware, Bryson, West and Kummer, handling the same type of legal matters. Larry Hicks had been with his prior firm for 20 years, dealing in business litigation, contract negotiation and accident litigation. He was a founding member of the firm and headed several of its practice areas. Larry has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. Lindsay Rump was previously a partner at her former firm, Smith, Rolfes, & Skavdahl, where she concentrated on insurance defense litigation and other insurance coverage issues. The lawyers of the firm have handled many multi-million dollar cases, both in accident litigation and business litigation.
