Cetrulo & Mowery is pleased to announce that Larry Hicks has joined the firm and that the firm will now be called Cetrulo, Mowery & Hicks. Founding partners, Bob Cetrulo and Susanne Cetrulo, had both attended law school with Larry and recently completed a merger of the practices.
